Half of CrossFit Participants Studied Have Been Injured
There is no question CrossFit is popular, but many experts claim it routinely leads to injuries. One study performed by a professor of exercise science at Kennesaw State University of Georgia looked at data from 737 CrossFittters. Out of all the participants studied, more than 51 percent had experienced some type of injury within the past year.
