We handle personal injury and malpractice cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning that you pay no fee unless we collect.

The percentage we charge is based on Florida Supreme Court guidelines. We are negotiable on the percentage we charge for claims settled before suit, depending on our evaluation of the merits of your case.

On insurance claims, in many cases the insurance company pays your attorney’s fee if we prevail.

In probate cases, our fees are set by statute. In other civil litigation, in some cases we charge a reasonable hourly fee approved by you in advance.
