Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Florida in 1967. His law studies earned him a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1970.
Admissions and professional memberships
Bob Elton was admitted to the Florida Bar shortly after graduation from law school in 1970. Soon after that milestone, the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida admitted him to practice in 1975. And shortly after that, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1979.
